After my repeated mentioning of this game throughout December, I thought it only fair that I put a collection of words together and called it a review - if you point your browsers this way and coo at the pretty pictures...

Want a pretty page for your own gaming review? Such things can be done...

Good review Ghost.

It may interest you to know that Computer Buyer have just awarded this game 'Best Buy' with 6 stars and refer to it as:

QUOTE
One of the best games of all time. Knights of the Old Republic sublimes the best parts of role-playing games into an engrossing and highly accessible adventure. More seductive than Princess Leia in a skimpy gold bikini.

Perhaps I should make room for this on my copious hard drive......

Well, it was pretty much loved by all - so it's hard not to recommend it.

There's just the odd frustrating/boring bit - tasks which require to trek all the way across a planet and back, for little reward, but which are essential to your progress, it becomes easier to cope with if one of your party acquires Jedi speed though - then you can just activate that and watch your party go....

Pretty pictures indeed. I've not played a RPG since Diablo (which I thought was mediocre) and your review has prompted me to dabble again the delights of a RPG. KOTOR added to my wishlist. :D

having played/completed the game myself, i haveto say this review is almost identical to what i would have said (if somewhat longer :P).

All i can say is it was worthy of the many awards it was given, including the best game of this year by official xbox magazine and many others.

Mind you, in my opinion the EVIL ending is the best....THE INFINITE FLEET muhaha ;)
