Fable, im sure almost everyones heard of it, its a big gamble of an rpg, where the caracter is apparently shaped by every action you take, the realism is stunning and you can even get married(only to have your family kiled later).

This ofcourse is alot to say about a game, we saw all the hype with brute force(i even got it..) but look how that turned out(great graphics, poor gameplay...lack of options etc etc). Personally i think fable will live up to its expectations and then some, casting a new light on the rpg scene.

It sounds like it could be a great game, although I do hope they do a PC conversion - I don't intend to buy an X-Box, and don't think that consoles are really suited to the RPG genre (I like my mouse and keyboard combo far too much).

I waws under the impression that your family only suffered misfortune if you paid too much attention to them, and not enough to the quest at hand?

The idea of my every action having a reaction on my character sounds pretty nifty, I do hope they manage to pull it off.

Depends on what type of RPG it is like if its the traditional PC type one where its really just point & click with your mouse & keyboard (Morrowind, Diablo etc) or the Japanese console types (Zelda, Final Fantasy). Looking at the screenshots for this one, it seems to be a PC type RPG and third person type. They probably might do a PC version someday cause it looks like it should be on it instead. The gameplay really does sound interesting though.

Well I'd fancy a go at that game if they ever put it on pc format.
It does look and sound pretty cool, to me.
I'd prefer it to be first person though.
It's about time there was a newer/better game to replace the Morrowind series.
I enjoyed the site too. :D

E3 Coverage suggested that some items had been reduced from their original splendour in order for this game to be shipped at some point soon - but even with a reduced amount of features it still sounds special.

Anyway, XBox IGN have a guide to the dark side of Fable, whilst Gamespy focus on the light side - it certainly looks to have potential.
