Download Legal Free Copy of H&D Deluxe 264 MB!!!

I bought this a year ago for a tenner and have so far only completed the first mission. Combination of not liking the game much and prefer MOHAA!!

Anyway its free now.....

H&D Deluxe contains

the original Hidden & Dangerous
the Devil's Bridge expansion pack
all the patches, updates, etc
the in-game editor
Here's the description of the file:

Command a group of SAS soldiers in the original tactical strategy squad-based game! This FULL FREE GAME contains the original award-winning Hidden & Dangerous, the Devil's Bridge expansion pack, plus the game editor. Watch for Hidden & Dangerous 2 to invade stores this October!

H&D Deluxe System Requirements

Win98, Me, 2000, XP
333MHz processor or equivalent
500 mb hard drive space (1 gig during install)
32mb RAM
16mb 3d video card DirectX 8.1 compatible
DirectX 8.1 compatible sound card, keyboard, and mouse

Available on CD, too!

We didn't want to give those broadband folks an unfair advantage on TOP of the bandwidth they have. So, for those folks limited to a 56K connection, you can still grab H&D Deluxe. PreOrdering H&D2 at EB, GameStop, or Best Buy will get you H&D Deluxe on CD as a gift with purchase.

I've been downloading this in dribs and drabs for about 10 days now and I'm still only on 31% :o

Every time I set DAP running for another stint I think of something I need to do on the net and pause it again

I'll have to overnight the bloody thing and get it sorted.

Shirl.

Oooooooooh...

That's pretty good actually, I never got around to buying Hidden and Dangerous, although I did rather enjoy the demo - much more tactical than just charging in with all guns a-blazin' and making some witty quip at the expense at the German soliders you just mutiliated with naught but some handy pistol whipping action, and who am I to refuse the offer of a free game....
