Woo, my new case finally arrived and its big.

I've put some pics on my webspace

Newcase

Now I've got to think of some mods for it and replace the fans (acting under Pilchy's orders)

Crikey, you sure that new case is big enough? What temperatures do you get for your CPU then - I don't think I've ever seen such a monster of a fan cooling the processor!

By the way, if you're looking for that Tetris game cartridge, it's under the desk! biggrin.giftongue.gif

Oh, is that a BTX case or just a normal ATX full tower> only I notice it's a bit different from most in the layout - you can basically choose to have it horizontal or verticle right? blink.gif

Spook that is an 80mm Coolermaster fan, most likely temperature controlled on the fan, i know i had one on my server for well over a year!

It is the chieftec dragon case if i remember, full ATX tower not BTW (The actual design has been around for quite a while). Problem i would find with that case is 80mm fans and 5 of em! Could get very noisey....

So i recommended some modification's to 92mm or 120mm + then get slientx fan's.... and a nice window!

I have, when Plichy had a go at me, flipped the pics.

The processor is now 35C thats down form 45C in the other case. Made more of a differnce than I thought, I now get a cool breeze around my feet. Even wth the PSU in the middle of the case the wires barely reached.

Pilchy, you talking about my CPU fan, thats 92ish mm

Wow your new case is certainly going to provide enough space and airflow for your little motherboard.

My lord - that's huge!

That case is actually tiny compared to another one that i think a forum member has....

If you remember twoo0lbwaster (Hasnt been around for a while most regular's know) he had a case called Juno p6. Now these buggers are i think slightly bigger than the chieftec's.....

http://img.neoseeker.com/image_deliver.php...rofilelarge.jpg is about the only image that i can currently find.
