Rockstar games have obviously been over-whelmed with Christmas Spirit and have made Grand Theft Auto 2 available for download - for free...

Which is nice.

And also continues the fine idea of releasing older games for free (with Codemasters doing similar things)

You can download it - and GTA, and Wild Metal from here

I like that it also give me the thought that if one day they will give vice city away as a free download that we might have the internet connection to download that in 5 minuets also.

Bah...If that ever happens the latest game will be "Grand Theft Auto 55 - Bolton Edition".

By that stage in life I think I'll be more concerned with making it to the toilet in time and where my next serving of Tapioca is coming from!

Well BT are starting to introduce all optical wiring to all new housing and in the next 10-15 years intend to have replaced all their previous copper wires to fibre optics.

The future is coming, slowly but it is coming and with the speeds they could transfer data waiting will no longer be a problem not that it is much now. Well not with 1MB connection anyway :thumb:
