hi - i know i'm about 2 years out of date here. I have hl2 and doom3 installed but unstarted as i am leaving those for month to see if any other patches/etc come out (also ati driver release).

bought unreal 2 for £6 and have to say that graphically (ok, it's not hl2) it looks and plays really well - i've heard that it's quite short but i'm dead impressed so far.

just my thoughts

cheers

Suprisingly I have had this game for over a year and still haven't even bothered to finish the first level! Nice graphics and some good old scares from some wierd creatures, but why I can't get off my backend to even carry on, not sure! Maybe I just thought it was boring or just too scared to carry on lol! I played the Unreal2 XMP more than I have the single player game!

I bought it on release (it got a few rave reviews, I think) - and quite liked it to begin with, it is incredibly linear though, and not half as good as the hype suggested - haven't touched my copy since I finished the game...

Pretty much like Doom 3 in that respect.
