Well, gents, time for a gathering I suppose. If anyone's around tomorrow from late afternoon/evening or whenever, then be sure to give us a shout at ExG.

Now that we have our own dedicated games server from the equally devoted, Pilcheroo, I guess that'll be a nice place to meet and while away some time fragging each other.

Hope to see some familiar faces there that I've not seen in a while, seeing as how HL2 appears to be in quite a few of our pocessions. ;)

Friday being a beer night might not be ideal, but remember you can always have your beer at the 'puter - just be careful not to spill it. :o

That's about the best I can offer - if I do make it I expect to spend most of my time spectating, and wondering how I can miss people with such accuracy, as they knife me, again...

Had a nice little session, good to finally chat to Spook and Pilchy. :P

Think it really needs to be objective based whereas this is pretty much TDM and frankly I find such things a tad dull after a while. Also the maps need the variety of the objectives like rescuing hostages or planting bombs. These rat things and ones in small boxes are just.....dull.

Thanks Pilchy though, will certainly be back for more. Thanks also for extending the shopping time (or telling me how to autobuy)

Ill start using the proper maps a bit more... dont worry.... just some of them ones are keeping the server relativly busy....

That was a blast. Haven't played CS:S before, and haven't played CS for ages.

Is there somewhere I can download all the custom maps used on the server? Would set me up for next time...
