Games publisher Ubisoft has swept the board at the O2 gamesTM awards, picking up six gongs.
Readers of the video games magazine voted Ubisoft's Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time as the game of the year.

Ubisoft was also named best publisher, as well as taking PC game of the year for Far Cry and best online multiplayer for Rainbow Six 3.

Sony picked up a gong for its EyeToy: Play, while Microsoft won the gamesTM special award.

Rubbish. Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, game of the year, who dreamed that one up.
I tried it earlier in the year, see here.

Far Cry is a classic IMHO.

Its a fix I tell ya. Or perhaps they had a very bad selection of games at disposal to vote for. Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, good game but come on, it ain't that good and deserving for Game of the Year. I understand Ubisoft being best publisher mainly cause of some of the games it has released.
