It may well have player models that move like Clangers on acid and the maps could be seen to be totally uninspired - The weapons, some say, are cack - and that a BB gun would be allow them to perform better.

All this aside - we've not played MOH:AA together since the last outing declined into people describing what an awful awful game Allied Assault is (I know, it's not great - but it's entertaining enough)

Anyhow, I was thinking that we could allow Naoki to show off his shiny new skills and congregate on a random server...

However, since I am a chicken, and scared that Naoki will join Sureshot in shooting me everytime I stick my head out from behind cover - I think that we should play on a Capture the Flag server, allowing me to claim that I only died because I was confused by the entire flag capturing aspect.

So...

What say you?

I think I'm just going to give up since I cannot be bothered today and I'm not really in the gaming mood at the moment. Talk about bad timing. Maybe the gathering should be pushed back to a later date?

I am just seriously peev'ed now by another forum, a good shooting session is what i need but i would probably end up smashing a few thing's..... mebbe in a day or 2, kinda leaving pressie?

I think we should all (well, perhaps only the BB people) download Tribes 2 and have a gather on that, it'd be different...

yeah im up 4 that ive already got tribes 2 i bought it ages ago....its a good game.
Id still rather get together on a C&C game maybe we could pick allies if we have enough players willing to play .

I'll be looking forward to Tribes 2 when thats out for download since it is different from our usual WW2 or war based games.

Would like to join a C & C game but I'm totally pants on that game and I just dont really like it anymore. Used to play alot of Tiberian Sun around 5 years back but lost interest completely. I also have Red Alert 2 which I've only ever installed it and played it for 5 minutes then uninstalled it. So its sitting on my shelf doing nothing. Why I wasted a good £10 on that I'm not sure.

I really do think we all need to get some more games for some good gatherings. Thats if anybody can or is bothered to. Have a better variety as well, instead of the same old FPS genre. If there can ever be some good RPG's or driving games for the PC that most of us own, then it would be fun. Hell I dont care if its a game using 1980's 8 bit pixelate graphics as long as the game is fun and online! Anyone know of such games or any places where you can compete against each other in the good old classic retro games??

I used to like CS but that is a classless P.O.S. pwned by cheating gets or spoiled by useless n00bs.

TFC is the way forward...one can specialise as a certain class and really kick a$$..I love that game !!!

i guess we could all download Live for speed demo , unless you want to buy full game, but the demo can be played online aswell.

Yeah I know about that demo but it really isnt very appealing to me. For one, no licenses obviously so the cars have to use really silly names. At least some of the cars look like their real life counterparts though.

I'm more interested in realistic driving games, something which the PC really lacks compared to consoles which is why I prefer playing on them instead. Many driving games on the PC are just too arcadey and include things that I just dont really like i.e. Need For Speed Underground as an example as I bash that game alot for the things in that game.

There are of course some realistic driving games in name of the TOCA series, Colin McRae, WRC etc but they just dont provide me enough to play them for a long time.

If there was to be a PC port of the upcoming Grand Turismo 4 then I would really be happy since that game is online and would definately pull me away form the current usual line of online FPS gaming.

what about the Grand prix games like Grand prix legends and F1 Challenge 99-02 both online. Also how about some flight sim action with dogfights with IL-2 Sturmovik. ;) r maybe some sports games like Jimmy whites cueball world , thats online r even Virtual pool 3. Maybe we could have some Worms action with worms world party r worms 3D .....................ok ill shut up now

I dont really like Grand Prix myself so I guess thats out of the list. I havent really played any good flight simulators yet though, so until then if I can be bothered then I might try some games and if they are good I'll be up for an online game, providing that someone else has the same game also. Sports games....well, dont really play much of them anymore. As for Worms games, I do have a copy of Worms 3D so that might be worth a try someday. Havent tried the game online yet though.
